All Services are Virtual
Hi there, I’m Kaegan! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Texas, with a private practice focused on supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating life transitions. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently pursuing my PhD at Texas Wesleyan University. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including private practice, community counseling centers, and behavioral health programs, helping individuals and families find clarity, connection, and healing.
My work as a therapist is deeply meaningful to me. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based—I listen fully, reflect thoughtfully, and gently challenge unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you're experiencing the complexities of co-parenting, the stress of a blended family, or the emotional weight of a major life transition, I aim to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe that growth and healing are possible for everyone. Life’s challenges—whether in relationships, parenting, or personal struggles—can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they do not define you. Through therapy, I support clients in shifting their narratives, developing resilience, and stepping into the life they want to create.
My experience working with diverse families has shaped my practice to be inclusive, culturally responsive, and deeply empathetic. As someone invested in research and education, I also bring a thoughtful, informed perspective to the therapy room, especially in areas related to family dynamics, child development, and the impact of transitions on well-being.
If you are looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you with understanding and encouragement, I would love to connect with you. Let’s start the journey toward healing together.

Breaking Patterns. Rewriting Stories. Creating Lasting Change.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—what drives them, what holds them back, and what ultimately helps them thrive. Through years of experience in coaching, hypnotherapy, and personal development, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when someone decides to step into a new version of themselves. But I don’t just teach these principles—I’ve lived them.
My Journey
From navigating career shifts to co-parenting children with unique challenges, I know what it’s like to feel the weight of responsibility while still craving personal fulfillment. I also know the frustration of feeling overqualified yet unfulfilled, successful yet stuck, confident yet unsure of what’s next. These experiences shaped the way I coach today. I help men move beyond indecision, overthinking, and self-doubt so they can take action, own their lives, and create meaningful success.

The Work We Do Together
Many of my clients are men who are:
• Navigating life transitions (divorce, career shifts, fatherhood)
• Trying to balance success with fulfillment
• Struggling with confidence, self-discipline, or direction
• Fathers of children with special needs, looking for support and resilience
• Tired of “playing nice” and ready to step into their full potential
Through a mix of coaching, mindset work, hypnotherapy, and practical strategy, we don’t just talk about change—we create it.
What Makes My Approach Different?
I believe coaching should be direct, actionable, and results-driven. You won’t get vague advice or surface-level motivation. Instead, we’ll get to the root of what’s holding you back, rewire limiting beliefs, and build a system that actually works for you.
This isn’t about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about becoming the version of yourself you know you’re meant to be.
Beyond Coaching
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me:
• On stage as the lead singer of The Flying Beets
• Training for triathlons or hitting the trails
• Exploring new ways to challenge myself physically and mentally
• Spending time with my family and embracing the adventure of fatherhood.
I believe life is about growth, challenge, and stepping into the unknown with confidence. If you’re ready to make real changes, let’s connect.
